Quick fixes

The bar does not follow Finder. Open Sift → Setup & Permissions and enable Accessibility. Quit and reopen Sift after granting it.
Sift cannot read or select files. Enable Finder under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation → Sift.
Desktop or Documents actions fail. Enable Full Disk Access for Sift, then relaunch.
Plain-language commands fail. Open Settings → Local AI. Sift can detect Ollama and install the recommended model; built-in actions work without AI.
The global shortcut does nothing. Choose another shortcut in Settings. Sift reports conflicts instead of silently accepting them.
Something is still running after Cancel. Open Activity to inspect outputs, then email support with the command shown. Sift cancels the full subprocess tree and rolls back known preset outputs.
