Common Questions
- Sign-in fails or no code arrives: Check that you're using the email tied to your Topgolf account. The code comes from Topgolf's servers, not BaySpeed — sometimes it lands in spam.
- "OOB" shots are missing data: These are shots Topgolf's RFID system didn't measure (ball landed outside a target receptacle). BaySpeed can't compute physics on shots Topgolf didn't measure — the data simply isn't in the API.
- Switching Topgolf accounts: Settings → Account → Sign Out of Topgolf. Your imported game data stays; sign in with a different email to add data from that account.
- Restoring Pro after reinstalling: Open BaySpeed Pro paywall and tap "Restore Purchases."
